Hello and welcome to Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. I would recommend washing Tin Tin with a mild oatmeal shampoo and then drying Tin Tin very well. Rashes are often due wet skin that allows the bacteria on the skin to overgrow, so if you can keep the skin dry often they will heal without medications. This usually also means often keeping an E-collar on to prevent licking and chewing, which adds more trauma and moisture. If the redness doesn't improve after a couple days of this, or continues to get worse, or there is any yellow/green discharge or open wounds, then you should see a vet. Best of luck with Tin Tin.
