Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Oreo, I am sorry that she is feeling poorly. I would be concerned that Oreo may not be ill from being overfed, but rather be ill from ingesting material that she should not have (such as string, ribbon, toy, etc). I would recommend having her evaluated by her veterinarian to ensure there is no underlying cause that may require treatments such as surgery. If Oreo's attitude currently appears normal and she is able to drink water without vomiting then you can schedule an appointment tomorrow; however, if she appears lethargic (very tired), cannot hold down water, and is vomiting multiple times in a very short timespan then I would recommend having her evaluated by an emergency care facility tonight. Based on her physical exam findings they may recommend baseline database (complete blood count, serum chemistry, urinalysis, thyroid hormone profile) be performed along with radiographs of her chest and abdomen. If it is a simple food bloat (i.e. ate too much food) then they may have you withhold food overnight to try to let the stomach clear it's contents, but I would not do this without having her evaluated by a veterinarian if she appears to be exhibiting additional signs beyond just vomiting. I hope Oreo feels better soon.
