My cat has quickly growing lumps on his back legs. Should I see a vet?

Our 2 year old tabby has what seems to be 2 connected lumps on his back legs. They feel similar to pedunculated cysts that one of my late dogs had. They move freely and don't seem to hurt him but came up quickly. We have no vet here in the bush, wanted to ask if it's something we should go to Anchorage for. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 2 years and 5 months old | 11 lbs
