My dog suddenly has a hard, round bump on his front leg. What is it?

Candle has a hard to the touch round bump on his left arm (front leg) that he didn’t have yesterday and I’m not sure what it could be I know that my pictures aren’t really up close but I can try for better ones. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 7 months and 16 days old | 2 lbs

This could be an allergic reaction, like an insect bite/sting or may be a spot of infection, or a skin tumor. I would recommend keeping a close eye on it for now.
