My German Shepherd ate grapes and has diarrhea. What should I do?

My German Shepherd is 6 months old and weighs 60 lbs. Earlier today he ate a couple grapes and not long after had diarrhea. He seems fine now, I am keeping a close eye on him but what should I do? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 60 lbs

Fortunately for Gunnar this amount of grapes is not likely to cause any serious toxic effects in your dogs (but not much more than that can, so be very careful in the future and avoid grapes or raisins whatsoever).
