I have 6 three week old kittens. A few of them are very sick. It started out with some goopy eyes, then for the past 4 days they’ve had mustard yellow mucousy diarrhea. I noticed a small amount of blood that shows once in a while. But Yesterday two of them have started to now puke as well. They still eat fine, are active and curious. I’m just worried something serious is wrong.

Kittens that are this young and small can get worse quickly. They can get dehydrated and weak. They should be seen by a veterinarian for an exam and a fecal test. It sounds like they have an upper respiratory infection, eye infection and the diarrhea may be caused by intestinal parasites or coccidia. They should be examined as soon as possible before they get worse.
