My dog is weak and has diarrhea after deworming. What should I do?

Till yesterday maya was fine... But yesterday after giving her the deworming tablet she is not active and is being very weak... She is having her food but still she is sleeping the whole day... Seems like she is very weak... And the laterine is bit like losse motion... Whats the problem with her... Is it because of the de worming process... If yes what should i feed her to regain energy...?? Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Female | 2 months old

This could be because of the deworming, often it can cause similar symptoms in the first 48 hours. if after 2 days there is no improvement whatsoever you will need to take her to the vet in order to get it checked.
