My 2-month-old lab puppy is throwing up and won't eat or drink. What to do?

My puppy started throwing up and wont eat or drink. She is a 2 months old labrador-retriever

These signs could be compatible with an inflammation infection of the gastrointestinal system and surrounding organs (like pancreas and liver). Considering her age and the presence of inappetence, a clinical examination at your local veterinarian is immediately essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately.
