Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I'm sorry to hear that Cleo is not feeling well. There is a parvo antibody titer blood test that will tell you if she has antibodies to the disease. Unfortunately, results can be hard to interpret in puppies and it will take a few days to get the result back. If Cleo has parvo, she'll be quite sick by then. Any puppy who has not had at least two vaccines 3-4 weeks apart, with the last vaccine occurring at or after 16 weeks of age is considered at risk for parvo. Eg, Cleo is at risk for parvo even if she has had vaccines in the past. Keep her inside (no pet stores, dog parks, or human parks) and away from other puppies under 4 months of age. And keep a close eye on her for the next few days. If she starts vomiting, she definitely needs to see the vet right away to be tested for the virus. Best of luck to you and Cleo!
