My senior dog won't eat, has eye trouble, and diarrhea. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | Puggle | Female | spayed | 8 years and 10 months old | 50 lbs

My dog is an elderly over weight puggle that has gone off her food and her right eye she appears to be having trouble keeping it open and the other is fine she is not her usual self and her poos have been alittle runny I have no money for a vet at the moment am only getting $220 aweek and my rent is $390 and not counting electric and phone.

That is likely to be due to a mild to moderate conjunctivitis, probably secondary to a trauma or infection. Unfortunately there are not many options at this stage a part from veterinary consultation. A check up would be needed as appropriate treatment would include antibiotics and anti-inflammatory eye drops. Corneal injuries must be ruled out as well.
