My dog has separation anxiety. How can I stop barking and destruction?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 7 months and 8 days old | 45 lbs

What can we do to help my dog get use to being left alone? She is 7.5 months old and has seperation anxiety where she will cry, bark and is distructive.

Hi there and thank you for using PetCoach to address your concern. I would recommend getting her used to her crate more frequently, even if you are leaving the house for 5 minutes. Providing plenty of toys for her to play with such as the Kong toys filled with peanut butter may keep her occupied for a period of time. Below are some recommended products that you can find online quite easily. I would try these as well and see if this helps alleviate the separation anxiety.
