Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 1 year and 9 months old
one of our older cats, crybaby who's about two now has recently been vomiting about once a day. there's nothing strange about the contents of it, but i was just a little worried that he's been doing it everyday, though like i said it's only once. one of our other cats likes to get into plastic, but not him. he's a big boy, around 18 pounds if not 20. he usually eats often, and still does and uses the liter box regularly too also and it has normal contents. could it be due to how often he eats?

Chronic vomiting in cats can be do to many things such as eating too fast, Intestinal parasites, gastric foreign body, inflammatory bowel disease, food hypersensitivity, among others. I would encourage you to have him evaluated by your veterinarian soon. In these cases I will typically do a broad spectrum deworming and consider a bland diet trial. Blood work and x-rays may also be recommended. If those aren’t helping then an abdominal ultrasound can often be helpful in identifying the problem. Best of luck and thank you for using Pet Coach.
