Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Female | unspayed | 4 months and 5 days old | 10 lbs
My female 4 month old puppy was house broken but suddenly started peeing inside. We recently started taking her for walks for the first time. Do you think she is rebelling or has a UTI? She is part jack russell and part doxon

Puppies definitely can have a little potty training regression around that age. Even though you are taking her for walks, be sure to still bring her out to go potty often, separate from the walks and praise her heavily when she goes outside. Since she is having some accidents make sure she is always supervised closely inside again just like when she was a younger puppy and at the first sign she may be thinking about going potty inside bring her out immediately. When you can’t supervise her well make sure she is in a kennel or a small gated area. If the accidents persist or worsen then definitely have her evaluated by her veterinarian. They can examine or send a urine sample to the lab to determine if an infection is playing a role. Other signs of a urinary tract infection to watch for are straining to urinate or blood in the urine or licking her vulva excessively. If you notice this I would bring Lucy to her vet right away. Good luck with Lucy! She sounds like an adorable breed mix !
