My healthy cat keeps throwing up. Is it stress, food, or hairballs?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 2 years and 3 months old | 6 lbs

My cat charlotte seems very healthy and active and nothing has changed about the way she acts or anything just lately i have noticed her throwing up secrretly a couple times a week both hard food and soft she has always eaten the same food could this be like stress or should i take her to the vet or change food?

Many cats vomit regularly when they eat too fast or have hairballs. They often are not sick at all. You can brush her often to remove the dead fur and give cat laxative weekly to prevent hairballs.
