My 7-week puppies are vomiting and have diarrhea. How to help them eat?

I have a two 7 week old puppies and they are both vomiting and have diarrhea. It is their second day with us and I was wondering if there are any tricks to reduce the amount of diarrhea and maybe tricks to get them to eat? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 19 days old | 2 lbs

Congratulations on your new puppies! I am sorry to hear they are not feeling well though. Being so small, I worry that they are becoming dehydrated from the vomiting and diarrhea. They need to see their veterinarian. Sometimes they are ill from the stress of coming to a new home or a diet change.
