Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 8 lbs
Cat has bloody vulva discharge. She has never been pregnant. In the discharge there was a placenta like sack that she was chewing on but it was way too small to be a placenta. It was no bigger than 2 inches long. She never seemed in pain though she was very vocal. Now she is acting normal and the discharge has slowed a lot. Her urine had no signs of blood. Any clue as to what is ailing get?

She could have a uterine infection so she should be examined by a vet to determine the cause. Your vet can take an x-ray and run lab-work to help diagnose and then determine the best way to treat. She may need an antibiotic or need to be spayed.
