Puppy pooping blood, unvaccinated, but still playing. What to do?

Hey there, My puppy of 11 weeks old has started pooing a little bit of blood. Ive seen it for about the past day or two. He still loves playing arond and eats all his food that we give him so it doesnt seem to be harming him but we are worried. Also he has not yet had his puppy vaccinations. Any help please? Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 16 days old
