Poor Tazia! I'm not sure from your question where this discharge is coming from (her bladder, vulva, or anus) but regardless, bloody discharge from anyplace is never normal. I would recommend taking her to the vet for an exam right away - he/she can check her carefully to determine the source of the discharge and may recommend some further testing such as blood work, a urinalysis, or a fecal exam to help diagnose the problem and get her started on appropriate treatment.

I would be concerned that this discharge from Tazia is due to a pyometra. A pyometra is a life threatening infection of the uterus, and it requires immediate medical attention. Without treatment, it is fatal, so I would have her seen by a vet immediately. The vet can do a physical exam, blood tests, urinalysis, and x-rays to diagnose what is causing the discharge. If she does have a pyometra, spaying her is one of the recommended treatments.
