Poor Chocolate! This is a medical emergency, and she needs to see a vet right away. It's quite serious that she is very weak and won't eat, as well as not drinking. She needs veterinary attention now, please take her into a vet asap.

Poor little kitten! It sound very sick, and if it's congested, it won't eat because it can't smell it's food. It could have a severe respiratory infection, and I'm concerned about your description that it's very congested and not really eating. When kittens do not eat, it's a medical emergency. You need to take this kitten into a vet now, this cannot be treated with a home remedy. Please find a vet to see it immediately. Best of luck.
