My unspayed dog is lethargic and won't eat. What should I do?

My dog 11 months not spayed and apprently she is in heart. But she has been acting fine for the past 2 weeks. But today she has been really quiet and tired plus she still has not eaten her food yet from the mroning. What should i do. HELP!!!!!!! Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 10 months and 6 days old

I'm sorry Angel isn't feeling well at the moment! Anorexia and lethargy are very general signs of illness, and they could be caused by systemic illness, infection, inflammation, or injury. Given that it just started, I would monitor her for now. Should she still be lethargic and anorexic after 24 hours, or she develops other signs such as vomiting and diarrhea, then I would have her seen by a vet.
