Oh my poor girl. It is likely that these symptoms may not be related. The vomiting can because by something she ate that upset her stomach. It is good that she is eating and drinking OK. However the weight-loss could potential he be an intestinal parasite problem that is causing her to lose weight even though she has a good appetite. If the eye discharge is yellow and green this does indicate a possible eye infection and requires prescription medication through your local veterinarian. Her vomiting and weight loss could indicate an intestinal parasite problem, so it would be ideal to get her a fecal examination through your vet to check for parasites and get her on the appropriate dewormer. As an alternative to a fecal exam, a broad spectrum dewormer can be tried, such as pyrantel palmitate or fenbendazole to see if she has any improvement with her weight. Both these products are usually readily available at your local pet store or feed store. I hope you get some things resolved with your for baby and that she gets to feeling better. And I would recommend not using that dog sitter again in the future if they can't make sound judgments for your pets care. Best wishes!

Poor Luna! It is concerning that she is having weight loss and low energy along with a history of vomiting. The nose isn't used as a sign of illness in dogs, as their nose can go from wet to dry just by sitting in the sun or next to a heat source. It's good that she is eating and drinking today, but I'm still concerned about the weight loss and low energy, as well as the discharge from her eyes. The weight loss and lethargy could be due to a GI illness, eating something rotten, a foreign body, or intestinal worms. All of these would cause vomiting as well. In terms of the discharge from Luna's eyes, that can be caused by injury to the eye, infection, or allergies. The eye is such an important and delicate structure that any problem with it is considered an emergency. That's because leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. I would have Luna seen by a vet right away for a physical exam, blood tests, and a urinalysis. The vet can examine her eyes, diagnosed and treat them, and then use the aforementioned tests to determine what is causing her weight loss, lethargy, and previous vomiting. Once a cause is found, the vet can discuss treatment options.
