My dog is limping after playing. Is it hip dysplasia or an injury?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 3 months old

Bruno was playing and running inside house jumping up & down from couch and bed and suddenly he raised his right leg as I seen in camera and I took him on walk and after walk when he come back home he relax and rest and when he got up he started to limping his right hind leg but he can run fine with that leg he can scratch his neck face with that leg but can't kee that leg on ground for long time it's been 24 hrs now he started to keep leg on ground but for short time so is it hip dysplasia or??

It could be hip dysplasia but it could also be a problem with his knee or just a soft tissue injury, like a sprain or bruise. You could rest him for a few days and monitor the limp. If it continues and/or becomes worse than your vet can do an orthopedic examination and x-rays to help diagnose and determine if treatment is needed. He may just need an anti-inflammatory to help relieve some pain.

    Considering the signs you are describing, It is more likely to be due to a soft tissue (muscles or ligament) injury. Rest and a short course of antiinflammatory medications . You can start resting him first and then, if not improving in 24hours, taking to your veterinarian for a check up.
