My cat still has lice after shampoo. How do I treat it effectively?

My cat has lice problem. I washed him twice tme with human lice shampoo as there is no pet shop but after after around 3 days I was lice again and then I also washed him with human lice shampoo but those lice come again after 3 days. So what can I do ? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | 3.3 lbs

I would recommend putting a topical flea medication such as Frontline, Advantage, or Revolution on Marmalate - all of these should be effective against lice as well. You should be able to get these from your vet, or order them online if you prefer - just make sure to get the correct size for your cat's weight.
