My cat still has lice after shampoo. How do I treat it effectively?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | 3.3 lbs

My cat has lice problem. I washed him twice tme with human lice shampoo as there is no pet shop but after after around 3 days I was lice again and then I also washed him with human lice shampoo but those lice come again after 3 days. So what can I do ?

I would recommend putting a topical flea medication such as Frontline, Advantage, or Revolution on Marmalate - all of these should be effective against lice as well. You should be able to get these from your vet, or order them online if you prefer - just make sure to get the correct size for your cat's weight.

    I recommend using Frontline or any other product that contains the ingredient FIPRONIL. This kills lice and can be found as an ingredient in Frontline and other flea and tick preventative products. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction.
