Rabbit not eating, strange positions, and no normal poop. Vet needed?

Pet's info: Small Animal | Rabbit | Female | 4 months old

I have a rabbit named Jasper,Jasper eats regular rabbit food like pellets.This morning and all today she wasn't eating her regular food,but instead eatin hay which she doesn't eat very often.Shes also been laying down in strange positions and isn't pooing right.What is wrong with her and does she need to go to the vet??

She needs to see a vet ASAP, these are signs of gastrointestinal problems, possibly stasis or obstruction, in rabbits this kind of problem can cause death if left untreated and needs to be addressed right away.
