My cat won't eat, is lethargic, and seems to be hurting. What's wrong?

My cat has been acting weird as in she has not eaten her food even though she always used to have a big appetite, she is not as active and as playful and she looks like shes hurting somehow i just dont know what is hurting her, please help! Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 1 month old | 7.055 lbs

Without a physical exam, we cannot localize pain. However, since Honey is not eating she may have a gastrointestinal cause of discomfort. The best thing to do is follow up with your veterinarian as soon as possible.
