My dog is losing weight and looks skinny. Is his dog food the problem?

My 2 year old pitbull lab mix eats 2 times a day but has lost a good amount of weight. He looks unhealthy and way too skinny. He's been dewormed recently because I thought that could be the problem. Nothing seems to work help him gain the weight back. Could it be the dog food he eats? It doesn't seem to bother our other dog.

Every dog is different and not all foods will suit all dogs. It is also possible he could have a medical condition such as an underactive pancreas resulting in poor digestive capacity. I strongly recommend you change his diet to a high quality, sensitive version and monitor his weight gain over 4weeks. If this does not start to improve he will need a full health assessment by your vet to investigate underlying causes
