is Inclav bid syrup for paediatric use harmful for cats. My cat died after I orally injected 1.5ml of it on the 4th day.

You should discuss this with the vet that prescribed it as well as any other changes to the signs and symptoms he originally presented with when he was first examined. It is always preferable, although not always possible to use veterinary licensed products and not human versions as they have been specifically formulated with pets in mind. It is impossible to know without a full post mortem examination why your cat passed away.
