My 8-week-old puppy is vomiting, shaking, and can't walk. What to do?

My 8 week old puppy just vomited and didn't move and then I got her up to eat and she is shaking and can't walk right at all. She was fine before she took a nap I don't think she got ahold of anything. What should I do ? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 27 days old | 10 lbs

Poor Jasmine! It's hard to say what's wrong without being able to examine her and do some testing, but these are very concerning signs - you're right that she may have gotten into something toxic, or she may have had a seizure or some other neurologic problem. This may be a life-threatening problem, so I would recommend taking her to the vet immediately for an exam - he/she can do blood work or other testing if needed to help diagnose the problem and get her started on appropriate treatment.
