Why is my dog vomiting undigested food, lethargic, and not responding to meds?

my dog,11months old mix lab, has been vomiting 6-7hrs after food..for the past 3days..vomit contain half digested food with sour smell. he is not responding to antiemetic and ranitidine given by doctor. he was active till tdy..but is lethargic now. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 11 months and 10 days old | 50 lbs

You should call your vet and give him/her an update. Since he is not responding to the prescribe medications, your vet may want to run lab-work and take x-rays to help diagnose and then determine the best way to treat.
