Medium bump on dogs stomach. Doesn't seem to be itchy. Same color as skin, not bleeding. Reminds me a cyst. What could this be? How do I treat it? Pet's info: Dog | Collie | Female | spayed | 4 years and 10 months old | 83 lbs
