My cat is vomiting and sneezing. Could stress from noise cause this?

My cat vomited twice today after we gave him shower.He is very frightened since few days because of a construction nearby.He has been sneezing as well

Shower may be not related at all to the presenting signs you described. Upper respiratory tract inflammation/infection (sneezing) and gastrointestinal disease may be possible. I would suggest to keep him indoors and if the signs persist have him checked by your local veterinarian. Antibiotics may be needed.
