I just noticed three days ago that my cat seems to be sort of trembling/vibrating (whole body as far as I can tell) on occasion. My first suspicion was low blood sugar, so I encouraged him to eat and drink. Which he seems to be doing just fine -- I have to refill his bowl about three times a day. So I thought I could rule out kidney stones, since it seems he is using the litterbox just fine too. Please get Simba fully assessed by a vet, altered behavior, trembling and lethargy are common with pain, fever or infection and given this has been present more than 72hours he should be treated by a vet. In the meantime continue to encourage food and water intake and keep him warm and well rested
