My dog has one cloudy eye, but acts normal. Is it an emergency?

My dog has one eye that is fully cloudy but gets around with no problems. Is their a concern here.

Yes, there is a concern with this. His eye could be cloudy due to an eye infection, cataracts, trauma to the eye, or glaucoma. The eye is such a delicate and important structure that any problem with it is considered an emergency. That's because leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. I would have your dog seen by a vet right away, who can diagnose what is causing the cloudiness in his eye, and can treat him for it.
