Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 5 years and 1 month old | 10 lbs
My cat has been having diarrhea on and off after we changed her cat food too quickly. It stopped after giving her kaolin/pectin, she didn't poop for three days, then it came back. The poop is now mucus-y and almost liquid. She's been going multiples times a day, sometimes outside her litter box. I could tell she's uncomfortable when she goes. Otherwise she is still eating and acting like everything's fine. What can I do until the vet opens on Monday?

offer her boiled boneless chicken and rice every 4-6 hours in small portions. she will need an antibiotic course in order to solve this problem and this is something that you will need to get from your vet.
