Poor Lilo sounds very ill! It's quite serious that she is vomiting and has blood in her feces. She could be suffering from hemorrhagic gastroenteritis, parvo if she isn't fully vaccinated, a foreign body, trauma to the GI tract, or GI ulcers. I would have her seen by a vet immediately, and take along someone who can help you translate in case the vet doesn't understand sign language. The vet can diagnose what is causing vomiting and diarrhea, and can treat her for it. Please take her into a vet ASAP.
