My puppy has been in a crate at night and not allowed to go upstairs in our home because we were concerned about the potty situation...but now im ready for her to be allowed to come up stairs and sleep in my bed how do I get her used to being allowed to sleep in my bed and doesn't have to sleep in her crate

You could start by moving her crate into your bedroom at night, leaving the door open to the crate, then once she's comfortable in your room try moving her to the bed. She may prefer the crate - if this is the case it may not be a bad thing since pets can sometimes disrupt your sleep.
