What OTC cat wormer is safe for sick or senior cats and all worms?

Hi, I'm looking for a brand of cat wormer that kills all types of worms, and is safe to give to sick or old cats. Also it would be great if I didn't need a prescription for it and could buy it over the counter. Any recommendations? Thanks!

Unfortunately those types of dewormers are all prescription only, and it depends how sick is your cat as well, if he is very ill i would recommend not giving him any dewormers unless you are 100% positive he has worms. the best dewormers on the market are Profender (spot on), Drontal and milbemax.
