Why is my dog shaking, not eating, coughing, and biting suddenly?

My yorkie has what looks like mud dried around her eyes no matter how much I clean it it comes back, now she is acting weird she is a very very sweet dog but lately has been biting people, and she won't eat, or walk, or drink water, she is shaking really bad, and making like a coughing or chocking noise constantly. Her nose is really runny, she's just nor acting like herself! Please help! Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | spayed

She sounds in pain and very ill, her symptoms are quite general though so you will have to take her to the vet in order to get that checked out, she will probably need either an ultrasound or blood test to find out more about her condition.
