My new kitten isn't eating or peeing and is lethargic. Should I worry?

My kitten has been here for almost a day. She hasn't eaten anything. She only drank some water. She hasn't peed inside or outside the litterbox. I've been putting her in it. But no use. And she slept most of the day. She is asleep right now. Should i be worried? And what should i do to make her pee in the litterbox? Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Female

I would bring her in right away for an exam. None of this is normal although stress can have a huge impact on kittens. These young guys can't go very long without food and I would surmise that is why she is so weak and lethargic.
