My dog is vomiting, has diarrhea, and won't eat or play. What to do?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 10 months old | 15 lbs

I have a dachshund chihuahua mix dog he is about 4 years old. yesterday he went outside as he does everyday. the neigbor saw a cat near his feeding area. He would not eat any more. He has been throwing up and having loose stools all night. He wont eat or play. please help

Poro Blick! I would be concerned that he may have eaten something outside causing him to vomit and have diarrhea. Due to this, I would have him seen by a vet right away. The vet can do a physical exam, blood tests, a urinalysis, and possibly x-rays to diagnose what is causing his vomiting and diarrhea, and can treat him for them.
