My German Shepherd has painful swollen testicles. What home care?

Swollen testicles on my German shepherd due to trauma. What can be done for him at home since we cannot afford a very visit.

Poor boy! This sounds like it may be orchitis or testicular torsion both of which can be very painful. The best way to manage it is to have him neutered. There are many hospitals that do low cost neutering, and I would be happy to set up a consult to help you find one in your area. I'm sure this hurts your pup a lot, and he will feel so much better when he is neutered.
