Hi I'm seeking advice on my Maltese terrier, he's 10 years old and seems to be getting like 4 large pimples or warts on his belly and skin discolouration, what's the cause and solution for this?

Older dogs can get lumps and wart-like growths. Many times they are benign, however it's impossible to tell for sure without doing some testing. Usually we have to take a needle and extract some cells from the lumps, then examine them under a microscope in order to make a diagnosis. Once we know that, we can decide whether the lumps need to be removed, or if it's OK just to monitor them. As for the skin discoloration, if he's not itchy (sometimes excessive itchiness can cause the skin to darken) it may just be a normal pigmentation change associated with aging. But I would have your vet take a look to make sure.
