My cat isn't drinking water at all for the last 3-4 days. Im worried. He eats food but not drinking water. Its cold here. Can it be that this is happening because the water is cold?!

If it has been 3-4 days without drinking water than I would expect him to show signs of dehydration or illness. Could he be drinking water without you knowing that he is drinking? If he eats wet food than he may not drink as much as the water content in wet food is much higher than dry food. Some cats like to drinking running water so you could buy a fountain water bowl and see if that encourages him to drink more. The cold temperature of the water should not be a problem. If it continues than have your vet examine him to determine the cause.

Have they checked her urine this time? If she was borderline dehydrated at the vet and not drinking for you, I would have her rechecked as she may be getting worse and need IV fluids to correct this until she feels well enough to start back on her own. You can try canned tuna or chicken to see if she likes that juice or even baby food to get her to lick. You can try to syringe a small amount in her mouth and see how she responds or leave a bathroom or kitchen faucet dripping and sometimes they prefer that as a water source.
