Oh no, poor Sapphire! She sounds quite ill, and I'm concerned that her poop has blood in it. In a young puppy, blood in the feces can be a sign of parvovirus. Parvo is a life threatening infection which has no cure and can only be treated symptomatically. Other causes of bloody poop include a foreign body, intestinal parasites, or a severe GI illness. The shaking can be due to pain or fever. Given her young age, the fact that she is barely eating and drinking, and that she has blood in her poop, Sapphire needs to see a vet immediately. The vet can diagnose what is causing her symptoms, and can treat her for them. Please take her into a vet ASAP.
