Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 8 years old | 45 lbs
Blood blister which he had ever since he was a pup. He is 8 now. Under the blood blister it has become hard like a seist or lump. Size of top of thumb mid knuckle up. It is located on the side of his penis. He is fixed and hardly alone ever. He is normal as always. I felt it and he does not whimper.

If the area has changed recently or rapidly, it is a good idea to have your vet take a look. Growths, irritation, allergies and more may all cause changes to the skin or current growth, and should be checked out. Your vet may recommend testing or taking a sample of the changes if the appear concerning.
