Bloody diarrhea, anxious dog won't eat or drink. What's going on?

Ever since her brother left she has been very anxious and more scared than usual shaking and very clingy she is a russel terrier chihuahua mix and I just started feeding her hard and soft food now she had runny poop with some cranberry color to it and is hesitant to eat rarely do I see her hydrating what could be causing this when go to pet her on the ground she gets really low and crawls she wines when I pick her up sometimes I need help

Strawberry jam like feces can be a sign of colitis or hemorrhagic gastro-enteritis. Both are serious conditions that need to be investigated and treated by a veterinarian. This can indeed be stress induced. Both is painful, and your dog will need pain medicine, antibiotics and fluids, and possibly hospitalization. Please take her to a vet today.
