My dogs stomach seems bloated and its gurgling, she is eating and pooping. Shes still energetic and doesn't seem in pain. Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Pinscher | Female | 8 lbs

Bailey could have eaten something that upset her stomach, causing the gurgling and bloating. Given that she is eating, pooping, and is still energetic, I wouldn't be too concerned at this point in time. You can try withholding food for 12-24 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days to see if that helps her stomach. If it does, slowly add back in her normal diet.
