My cat won't eat after recovering from diarrhea. Is this normal?

My cat had diarrhea and fever on Friday. Vet gave her medication and she seems to have recovered. She is not eating well and I am failing to tempt her to eat more than a bite or a few biscuits. She is drinking well and not showing any other signs of illness. Should I be worried or is this the after effects of her stomach upset working through her system? Vet said to go back if diarrhea continues but it hasn't so I haven't gone back as yet. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 9 months and 15 days old

Try adding warm water to her food or warming it slightly before feeding to stimulate her appetite. Sometimes a teaspoon or two of baby food mixed in can jumpstart the appetite as well. If she doesn't begin eating again in a day or two, have her rechecked by your vet.
