My 4-month kitten has orange, mucousy diarrhea after food change?

4 month old kitten has had about 3 diarrhea cases in the last 4-5 hours. They are very runny, orange and mucousy. I did change her food about 2 weeks ago now and giver her random treats throughout the day. What could this be? Pet's info: Cat | American Wirehair | Female | unspayed | 4 months and 17 days old | 3.7 lbs

It could be potentially related to diet, but, considering the persistence of the signs,these episodes may be related to parasite infestation or a bacterial infection. I would suggest a check up at your local veterinarian, a fecal sample may be helpful for your vet. If already treated for worms, antibiotics may be needed.
