My budgie is losing head feathers, tired, and sleepy. What's wrong?

My Budgie (Parakeet) is loosing feathers from the top of his head and he seems to be so tired and always sleepy from past couple of days. But he's still eating well with other Budgies in the cage. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male

A sleepy budgie is always a sick budgie, unfortunately i couldn't tell you what is wrong with him based on these symptoms only, you will have to take him to the vet in order to get it checked and treated.
